Brandon Honda recently honored its top sales associates for 2017 in several categories. General Manager Sam Raabe of Brandon Honda announced the annual award winners at the dealership. This year’s new award categories realigned benchmarks with goals and recognized outstanding personal strengths that have transformed the culture at Brandon Honda and set it apart from other dealerships.
“New Car Salesperson of the Year” was awarded to Upgrade Manager Hassan Slim who had yet another standout year in 2017. He has exceptionally high marks for customer satisfaction at DealerRater.com, with 56 perfect, five-star customer reviews and 287 lifetime reviews.
“Internet Salesperson of the Year” was “Captain” Bill Kirk, a retired Army Captain who served in Viet Nam. Like Slim, he’s very experienced, has extraordinary DealerRater reviews, and sold the second highest volume of cars by tapping into the internet to enhance customer satisfaction.
For the second year in a row, the “Used Car Salesperson of the Year” went to Jonathan Martinez, who placed third in overall vehicle sales. Martinez recognizes every car produces a different driving experience and helps his customers choose which new or used vehicle will be their best match.
“Manager of the Year” was awarded to Financial Services Director Jennifer Raabe for integrating the finance function with sales and other departments to provide extraordinary finance closing services that are professional, transparent and thorough.
“Executive Manager of the Year” was awarded to Tim Jamil for taking a personal interest in every customer and helping colleagues hone their skills, maximize their time and learn how to best serve customers’ differing needs.
Bo Dayvid Engel was awarded “Financial Services Manager of the Year” for the second consecutive year for delivering fast, exceptional closing services to clients and nurturing strong, collegial relationships with lenders.
Nasser Salim was named “Rookie Salesperson of the Year.” He joined Brandon Honda last January with a great attitude and eagerly set out to learn all he could. He soon began to excel and rapidly began to grow a loyal customer following by staying attentive to their needs and expectations.
“Top CSI Salesperson of the Year” went to Antonio Rueda for being a true professional who actively engages his customers and does everything in his power to ensure they have a great buying experience.
Carol Manning was named “Sales Administrator of the Year.” She has 11 years of experience and is an energetic, multi-talented associate who works with budgets, advertising and recruiting new team-oriented employees. She gives her best every day and takes pride in her work.
“Most Inspirational Employee of the Year” was awarded to Justin Jarrell, who helps mentor and coach new sales associates in every aspect of their jobs and lives to help them succeed personally and professionally.
