Brandon Honda recently honored its top service associates for 2017 in several categories. General Manager Sam Raabe of Brandon Honda announced the annual award winners at the dealership recently.
Morgan Auto Group CEO Brett Morgan was on hand to honor Quality Assurance Manager Grant Hocking as its “Associate of the Year” for being an effective leader and team player. He characterized Grant as being a powerfully positive, selfless individual who dependably reaches goals and gives his all to customers every day.
Service Administrator Christina Eger was named “Most Outstanding Employee” in 2017. Christina enjoys being of service to others and approaches every day with a smile and a positive, “can-do” attitude. This award recognized her hard work, attention to detail and infectious team spirit.
“Best Attitude” went to Accessories Manager Driss Hilili for his perpetually, sunny disposition. Driss gives credit to his mother, who taught him at an early age how a positive attitude can truly alter life outcomes.
Richard Im was named top “Assistant Service Manager.” Richard is very good with customers and was instrumental in significantly growing the service business in 2017.
“Top CSI Assistant Service Manager” went to Jennifer Chasse in recognition of her top customer service index rating. Ms. Chasse has extensive Honda service experience and consistently ranks among the top performers in district, zone and national customer service ratings.
“Technician of the Year” was awarded to Joel Bjornstad, a 17-year Honda technician. He applies his extensive knowledge, experience and technical skills every day to skillfully service cars for customers.
Returning employee Scott Morrison was named “Most Improved Technician” for his new-found positive attitude and fresh lease on life following a brief employment break. Today, he eagerly helps other technicians grow and develop their skills and is a great asset to Brandon Honda.
“Express Technician of the Year” was awarded to Jonathan Santos for being an effective communicator with customers. He does a great job, is eager to help others, and is independently working hard to become a skilled, full-service technician.
Jebediah Ryan was recognized as “Detailer of the Year” based on extraordinary effort. He’s quiet and thorough and takes time to ensure every customer and vehicle receives extra, attentive care.
“Parts Employee of the Year” was Julian Castro, based on total sales and his helpfulness to customers and technicians in choosing the right part for any job.
“Service Administrator of the Year” went to Alica Gant, a team player with years of experience. She’s an effervescent, fountain of knowledge who capably serves customers, helps train new employees, and keeps the department humming.
