Moran (“Rani”) Ezra was recently promoted to the new position of Sales Training Manager at Sun Toyota. Soon after he was hired at Sun, he observed that our new employee orientation program could benefit from a more formal, comprehensive process, so he created new and refresher training materials and videos to guide all variable operations employees on our unique, customer-centric focus. His programs became so successful that we created a new position as our Sales Training Manager and promoted Rani to the position to help us choose the right sales applicants to boost sales and growth.
