I’ve just named Sam Raabe, my former General Sales Manager at Brandon Honda, to General Manager, where he will oversee all operations including sales, service and finance. Sam is a native of Ocala, Florida. In 2005, he first went to work in sales and finance at a Morgan Auto Group dealership, Honda of Ocala. In 2011, Sam relocated to Tampa and joined our Brandon Honda as Business Manager and was soon named to Sales Manager. By June of 2011, I had promoted him to General Sales Manager to oversee day-to-day sales operations.
Sam is a 2013 graduate of the NCM Institute’s General Management Executive Program, a comprehensive, professional development program for dealership executives to equip them for long-term success in the retail automotive industry. He was named to “40 Under 40” in Automotive News in July 2014 and in Business Observer in October 2014.
“Sam is a great leader who has earned this promotion by distinguishing himself every day on the job,” said Managing Partner John Marazzi. “With Sam taking the helm at Brandon Honda, I can turn more of my attention to managing Morgan Auto Group’s newest dealership acquisition, Sun Toyota in Holiday, Florida. Sam is amazing and I have every confidence he will continue to distinguish the Brandon Honda name and brand.”
Brandon Honda recently won two national awards—American Honda’s prestigious “President’s Award Elite” as a top 10 dealership in new vehicle sales volume and Honda’s exclusive “Masters Circle” program for being a top 50 dealership in sales, service and customer satisfaction. Sam proves himself as a great leader every day! Stop in to meet Sam soon!
Congratulations, Sam! And thank you for all you do to deliver the perfect buying experience for our customers!
