We recently honored our top associates for 2019 at Brandon Honda in several categories aligned with our annual operational goals.
VARIABLE OPERATIONS / SALES:
New Car Salesperson – Chris Irvin for the second consecutive year by taking great care of his customers. He has accumulated more loyal, referral customers than anyone we know.
Used Car Salesperson – Jeremy Ortiz, who is very process oriented, treats his customers very well, and does an insane amount of follow-up to ensure his customers are highly satisfied.
Internet Salesperson – Zouhair Houichi, who is always on the job and treats every customer right.
Rookie Salesperson – Aaron Hoffer, who’s selling more than 14 cars a month in his first year. He’s passionate about selling cars and he throws himself into every deal, keeping us busy!
Top Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Rating Among Salespeople – Mohammed Duhayat (“Mo D”), landing a near-perfect customer satisfaction rating of 99% for the second consecutive year on 64 customer surveys, which is almost impossible!
Executive Manager – Jonathan Soto in recognition of his broad experience, capabilities and success in helping coach and assist sales associates with customers concerns, answer questions, and complete deals.
Financial Services Manager – John Rios for highest sales completed and quick, efficient turnaround.
Sales Administrator – Carol Manning for the third consecutive year, in recognition of her boundless strength and energy, flexibility, and cheerfulness in helping facilitate our growing needs.
FIXED OPERATIONS / SERVICE:
Fixed Operations Manager – Neil Cann for being an incredible leader with a strong work ethic that inspires every one of us to be better every day.
Assistant Service Manager – Mike Hudak in recognition of top leadership in sales of parts and services.
Top Customer Service Experience (CSE) Rating Among Assistant Service Managers – Michael Mack with an average 96.6% customer satisfaction rating on 382 customer surveys. He usually arrives early, works productively, and is an inspiration to all.
Technician – Joel Bjornstad for the fourth consecutive year. He’s a 19-year Honda service veteran with a high level of expertise who’s so fast and efficient that he often has time available to help other technicians.
Express Technician – Theo Byfield for top performance in Express Lube services. He’s a solid rock in the service department who eagerly helps his coworkers.
Parts Employee – Julian Castro for finishing in the top three in sales and gross profit, even with taking over shop dispatch for two months of 2019.
Detailer – Jebediah (“Jebo”) Ryan for top detailing hours for the second consecutive year. He works hard … and always with a smile.
Service Administrator – Monica Caraballo who commands the respect of all the service advisors and takes pride in her work, ensuring it is thoroughly completed every month.
GREATEST STRIDES FORWARD IN 2019:
Most Inspirational – Driss Hilili, Accessories Manager for his ability to see and project the bright side of any situation and inspire his coworkers to give their best effort every day. He exudes a great attitude and is eager to help anyone.
Most Improved – Danny Bent, Assistant Service Manager for increasing service work orders by 41%, while raising his customer service rating to 96.3 on 23% more customer feedback surveys.
Best Attitude – Chris McGaw, Inventory Manager who reliably gets an impossible amount of work done very day! He’s cheerful, professional, as well as cool and calm under pressure. Somehow he manages to squeeze twice as many cars into our lots every day than they were designed for.
Outstanding Employee – Jacque Beddow, Store Assistant who finds smart, effective ways to help every department meet and exceed our customers’ needs. She’s always kind, approachable and unflappable under stress, making us all shine more brightly.
Outstanding Manager – Jen Raabe, Financial Services Director. This is her second award as our “Outstanding Manager of the Year.” She is a vital contributor to our annual growth and success, as she delivers exceptional closing services to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. She capably manages millions of dollars in bank loans monthly, making sure all funds flow smoothly and get applied to the right accounts.
Outstanding Leader – Tim Jamil, General Sales Manager who has emerged as a strong, effective sales leader since he joined Brandon Honda in 2003. He took top honors as “Executive Manager of the Year” for 2017 and 2018 before his promotion earlier this year. Under his astute leadership, we’re breaking previous new and used car sales records and amping up customer satisfaction, month after month.
