We are Sun Toyota recently honored our top fixed operations employees for 2019 in several categories. Employees were honored for their outstanding achievements in service, collision and customer service, as well as for great strides in leadership, team spirit, work ethic, and attitude.
Morgan Auto Group’s Outstanding Employee – John Lafemina, who works hard and applies himself every day to make Sun Toyota successful.
Outstanding Leader – Eric Lewis for his consistent growth and performance. We commend Eric for his excellent management skills and professional business demeanor guided by an underlying heart of gold.
Collision Advisor – Steven Patrianakos for being our highest collision producer.
Assistant Service Manager – Michael McKinley for the third consecutive year. He not only regularly produces great sales numbers, but his customers love him and shower him with positive reviews.
Top Assistant Service Manager Customer Service Index (CSI) – Kira Ritchie for the second consecutive year for always putting her customers first. 373 of her customers gave her a nearly impossible average satisfaction rating of 96.94 percent in 2019.
Technicians – Derek Donaldson (Service) and David Tetreault (Collision) for being the highest producers in their respective departments. They both have a great attitude, strong work ethic and a willingness to help others.
Express Technician – Roberto Natal, who is a dedicated, hard-working technician who comes to work every day with a great attitude and works hard for his customers.
Parts Employee – Jamie Jones for the second consecutive year, following two years as our “Most Inspirational Employee.” Jamie is a 15-year employee who stands out year after year and is one of our most knowledgeable, “go-to” guys in parts who is always looking for ways to help others throughout the dealership.
Detailer – Raffy Estevez for the second consecutive year. He’s an experienced, expert detailer who hustles every day to make vehicles dazzle!
Administrators – Linda Welch (Service) for the third consecutive year and Kristjana Bombaj (Collision). They’re both great with customers, efficient, organized, and always willing to help teammates.
Most Improved Employee – Mike Rinaldi, who won for “Best Attitude” last year soon after starting his career as an ASM. His monthly production grew 73 percent this first year as an ASM and he had the second-best Customer Service Index (CSI) rating of 96.74 percent on 343 surveys.
